Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the packing and labeling of products according to company standards and client requirements.
- Ensure all items are packed securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors regarding specific packaging needs and procedures.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment, following all safety guidelines.
- Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting and organizing stock.
- Load and unload products from delivery trucks.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
