Position Summary:

Sobha Realty is seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the UAE property market. This role involves managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Property Sales Manager will play a critical role in achieving our sales targets and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the property sales team.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to the sales team.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and closing deals.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential buyers.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all sales activities.

Networking and Relationship Building:

  • Represent Sobha Realty at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Property Sales Manager or in a similar real estate sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE property market and real estate regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
