As the Restaurant Sales Manager at JUYI Restaurant & Lounge, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and enhancing the restaurant’s market presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Identifying new business opportunities and sales channels to drive growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate partners. Understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience at JUYI.
- Event Coordination: Collaborating with the events team to plan and execute private functions, corporate events, and special promotions. Ensuring all events run smoothly and meet client expectations.
- Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Using insights to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Sales Targets: Setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs. Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to senior management.
- Promotions and Marketing: Working with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns. Creating attractive packages and offers to entice new and repeat customers.
- Customer Service: Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Training and mentoring the sales team to enhance their skills and performance. Fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Financial Management: Managing budgets for sales activities and promotions. Ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing revenue.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality market in the UAE and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
