Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our business. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market presence.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive activities.
Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional after-sales support.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical equipment industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
