Azadea is seeking an experienced and dynamic Shop Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and manage the store team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for stock replenishment.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and meets merchandising standards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with other Shop Managers and regional managers to share best practices and insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes for store staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a plus.
