Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, and dry hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry according to established procedures.
- Operate laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and presses, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect cleaned items to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from stains or damage.
- Fold and organize clean laundry, preparing it for distribution to various departments.
- Maintain a clean and orderly laundry facility, following safety protocols and health regulations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and uniforms.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the laundry supervisor.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of laundry supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests when handling their laundry requests.
Qualifications:
