Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to basic inquiries.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier packages and other office correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and other office-related tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications:
