Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest villas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, to meet or exceed hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities in guest rooms.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in villas and public areas.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of common areas, such as lobbies and hallways.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or housekeeping services.
- Assist with laundry and linen management, as needed.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
