Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Material Handling:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and containers.
- Ensure goods are stored in designated locations and handled according to safety protocols.
Order Fulfillment:
- Process orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to schedule deliveries.
Warehouse Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities.
- Generate reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and other metrics.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or improvements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting.

- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
