Job Description:
As a Window Cleaner at Randstad Luxembourg, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial and residential buildings. Working with a team of professionals, you will use your expertise and attention to detail to clean windows, glass surfaces, and other exterior features to ensure a pristine and attractive appearance.

- Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week
- Education: High School or Diploma Degree
- Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements
Your responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces using specialized equipment, tools, and cleaning solutions
- Removing dirt, dust, grime, and other debris from windows and frames
- Scrubbing, squeegeeing, and polishing glass surfaces to achieve a streak-free shine
- Inspecting windows for streaks, smudges, or other imperfections, and making necessary touch-ups
- Performing window cleaning tasks safely and efficiently, following industry best practices and safety protocols
- Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, including ladders, scaffolding, and high-reach poles
- Collaborating with team members to coordinate work activities and ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicating with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences, and providing excellent customer service
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a window cleaner or in a similar cleaning role preferred
- Knowledge of window cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety practices
- Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
