Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and systems. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices and standards.
  • System Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design software solutions, and create detailed technical specifications. Participate in system architecture and design discussions.
  • Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing software applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform bug fixes, and implement enhancements.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security. Develop and execute test plans, and work closely with QA teams to address defects and issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications, including user manuals, technical specifications, and release notes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to team success.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Software Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Experience in full-stack development is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with web development frameworks, databases, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
