Job Description:
As a Service Worker at SERVIOR LLC, you will play a vital role in delivering essential support services to our clients. Working under the supervision of team leaders, you will perform a variety of tasks to assist clients with their daily needs and activities.

Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing assistance with household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up
- Assisting with meal preparation and serving food to clients
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Helping clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assisting clients with mobility and transportation as needed
- Running errands and performing shopping tasks for clients
- Following care plans and instructions from supervisors to ensure that clients’ needs are met
- Documenting services provided and reporting any concerns or issues to supervisors
- Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of clients and staff
Qualifications:
- No previous experience or specific skills required
- Compassion, empathy, and a desire to help others
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to undergo training and certification as required
