Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Vegetable Farm Workers to join our team, with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities:
Crop Cultivation:
- Assist with planting, transplanting, and caring for a variety of organic vegetables.
- Monitor crop health and growth, including watering, weeding, and pest management.
- Follow organic farming practices and protocols to maintain soil health and fertility.
Harvesting and Processing:
- Harvest vegetables at the peak of ripeness, handling them carefully to prevent damage.
- Sort, wash, and pack harvested produce according to quality standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of harvested crops to maintain freshness and shelf life.
Quality Control:
- Inspect crops for signs of disease, pests, or other issues, and report any concerns to supervisors.
- Follow food safety protocols and hygiene standards to ensure the safety and quality of produce.
- Maintain accurate records of crop yields, harvest dates, and other relevant data.
General Farm Duties:
