As a Welder at Adecco Luxembourg, you will play a crucial role in performing welding and fabrication tasks to support our clients’ manufacturing and construction projects. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to determine project requirements
  • Setting up welding equipment and tools in accordance with safety and operational guidelines
  • Performing welding operations using various welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
  • Inspecting workpieces for defects and ensuring that welds meet quality standards and tolerances
  • Conducting repairs and modifications to welded structures and components as needed
  • Collaborating with supervisors and team members to plan and execute welding projects efficiently
  • Following safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment
  • Maintaining welding equipment and tools in good working condition and reporting any issues or malfunctions
  • Completing required documentation and paperwork accurately and timely


  • Previous experience as a Welder or similar role in a manufacturing or construction environment
  • Proficiency in various welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
  • Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety procedures
  • Certification in welding or relevant vocational training is preferred
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform welding tasks in various positions and environments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
