Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The Accountant will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. • Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• General Ledger: Manage and oversee the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment disbursements, and collections.
• Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring actual performance against budgeted figures.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and other financial records.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal policies, preparing and submitting required financial reports to regulatory authorities.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
• Taxation: Manage tax filings and ensure timely payment of all tax liabilities.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• ERP Systems: Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
