Key Responsibilities:
- Aircraft Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning and grooming of aircraft interiors, including vacuuming carpets, wiping surfaces, and cleaning windows to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Lavatory Servicing: Clean and sanitize lavatories, replenish supplies, and ensure that all facilities are in optimal working condition for the comfort of passengers.
- Galley Maintenance: Clean and sanitize aircraft galleys, including countertops, appliances, and storage areas, and ensure that all equipment is properly stocked and maintained.
- Seat Arrangement: Arrange and organize seatbelts, headrests, and other seating accessories to ensure a neat and orderly appearance throughout the cabin.
- Waste Disposal: Dispose of waste and trash in accordance with safety and environmental regulations, and ensure that waste receptacles are managed efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing aircraft grooming duties, and promptly report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisory personnel.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed, and notify management of any deficiencies or shortages.
- Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional service to airline personnel and passengers, and promptly address inquiries and requests to ensure a positive experience for all.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in aircraft grooming, cleaning, or related field preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in aircraft interiors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and passengers.
