As a Baker at Baba Roma for Cakes and Bakery Co. L.L.C., you will play a pivotal role in the creation of our signature baked goods and confections.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Mixing, shaping, and baking a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and specifications.
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of baked products by following established procedures and standards.
- Monitoring oven temperatures and baking times to achieve optimal results.
- Decorating and finishing baked goods with frosting, glazes, and other toppings as required.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed to support production requirements.
- Collaborating with other team members to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in baking techniques and recipes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker in a commercial bakery or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
