As a Bartender at Novotel, you will be an integral part of our dynamic food and beverage team, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Your primary duties will include:
- Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to standard recipes.
- Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including the arrangement of bottles and glasses.
- Checking identification to verify legal drinking age and ensuring responsible beverage service.
- Handling cash, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborating with the food and beverage team to provide seamless service and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and new beverage recipes to offer fresh and exciting options to guests.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Managing bar inventory and placing orders for supplies as needed.
- Assisting in setting up and breaking down the bar area for special events and functions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including cocktails, wines, and beers.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
