Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective strategies.

Lead Generation and Networking:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build a network of potential clients and partners.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and excellent service delivery.

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business development plans.
  • Identify and evaluate new markets and partnership opportunities.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities for management review.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and business development processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
