Position Overview:
SERVIOR’s Human Resources Division is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Luxembourg. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing quality care to the elderly and the skills to support residents with daily activities and personal care needs. As a Caregiver, you will play a critical role in creating a warm and supportive environment, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist residents with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while respecting their dignity and privacy.
- Mobility Assistance: Provide mobility support to residents, including assistance with walking, transfers, and use of mobility aids, ensuring safety at all times.
- Meal Assistance: Help residents with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to any dietary restrictions and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Medication Management: Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
- Companionship: Build positive relationships with residents, engaging in conversations, activities, and recreational programs to promote social interaction and reduce isolation.
- Observation and Reporting: Monitor residents’ health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff or healthcare professionals.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents, including light housekeeping tasks such as tidying rooms, making beds, and doing laundry.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, company policies, and relevant healthcare regulations. Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or nursing assistance is preferred.
- Previous experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Basic understanding of healthcare practices, safety protocols, and patient care guidelines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French, German, or Luxembourgish is a plus.
