Key Responsibilities:

- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling transactions and maintaining records.
