Key Responsibilities:
Room Cleaning:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities as needed.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean surfaces to ensure rooms are fresh and welcoming.
Bathroom Care:
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and fixtures.
- Replenish bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
- Ensure that bathroom surfaces are free of stains and soap scum.
Attention to Detail:
- Pay attention to detail to ensure that guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to the appropriate department.
- Follow hotel procedures for handling lost and found items.
Guest Interaction:
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, responding promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with guests.

Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure efficient operations.
