As a Catering Chef at Sweetspot, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team in creating and executing extraordinary menus for our clients’ events.

Your duties will include:
- Developing creative and diverse menus tailored to the specific preferences and dietary requirements of our clients.
- Planning and organizing all aspects of food preparation, including ingredient selection, recipe development, and portion control.
- Leading and supervising a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely execution of menu items.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste consistency across all dishes.
- Collaborating with event planners and clients to customize menus and accommodate special requests.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to support catering operations.
- Overseeing food preparation and execution on-site at events, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Providing leadership, training, and mentorship to kitchen staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef in a catering or hospitality environment, with a strong focus on event catering.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.
