Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Address customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update client databases as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Follow company protocols and guidelines to maintain high-quality customer service.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.

Qualifications:
