Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Provide outstanding service to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, including account information, transaction details, and product offerings.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on Barclays’ products and services, including banking, credit cards, loans, and digital banking tools.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information to customers about our offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products that meet customers’ needs.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly, using problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.

Operational Excellence:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all Barclays policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay informed about updates in banking regulations and practices.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.

Customer Engagement:

Qualifications:
