Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at Fold Baked Goods, you will be the face of our brand, providing friendly and attentive service to our customers both in person and over the phone. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer has a positive experience by assisting with inquiries, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, orders, and purchases.
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with menu selections.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area, including display cases and seating areas.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
