Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Assistant to join our team in Luxembourg. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dental team during procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.   • Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements
  • Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures, ensuring they are clean and properly stocked.
  • Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including handing instruments and materials, taking x-rays, and providing patient care.
  • Sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including charting and documenting procedures.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and maintain the dental practice’s calendar.
  • Manage dental supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient concerns and questions.
  • Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a related field is preferred.
  • Completion of a dental assisting program or equivalent training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology.
  • Familiarity with dental software and record-keeping systems.
  • Fluency in French or German is required; English is a plus.
