Responsibilities:
- Design and plan civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, water systems, and public infrastructure.
- Conduct site assessments, surveys, and inspections to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, construction managers, and environmental specialists, to ensure project success.
- Perform calculations and analyses to support structural design and construction.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Address and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in civil engineering, structural design, or construction management.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in French or German is required; English is a plus.
