Key Responsibilities:
- Network Management: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the hotel’s network systems to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to hotel staff and guests, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- System Maintenance: Oversee the regular maintenance and updating of IT systems, including servers, workstations, and other critical infrastructure components.
- Security Management: Implement and maintain robust IT security measures, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and safeguarding hotel information.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment and software licenses, managing procurement and deployment as necessary.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for IT services and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effective solutions.

- Languages: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
