Key Responsibilities
- Visual Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, reports, social media posts, website visuals, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to Encevo SA’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
- Concept Development: Develop innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various campaigns and initiatives, from initial idea to final execution.
- Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work to keep our visual communication fresh and engaging.
- Feedback and Iteration: Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, making necessary revisions to ensure the final product meets expectations and achieves desired outcomes.
- File Management: Maintain an organized library of design assets, ensuring files are properly archived and easily accessible for future use.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Languages: Fluency in English; proficiency in French, German, or Luxembourgish is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Creative thinker, proactive problem solver, team player with excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
