Job Description:

SUN SHINE CARPENTRY WORK LLC is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support over the phone. As a Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring positive customer experiences and promoting our company’s reputation for excellence.

  • Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week
  • Education: High School or Diploma Degree
  • Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our carpentry services.
  • Assist customers in scheduling appointments, obtaining quotes, and coordinating service requests.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and complaints, offering timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer information and service records in the company database.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to management when necessary.
  • Follow established scripts and procedures to maintain consistency and professionalism in customer interactions.
  • Provide product and service recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
