In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our carpentry services.
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments, obtaining quotes, and coordinating service requests.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and complaints, offering timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information and service records in the company database.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to management when necessary.
- Follow established scripts and procedures to maintain consistency and professionalism in customer interactions.
- Provide product and service recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
