  • Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Caritas Youth & Families, including program planning, staff management, and budgeting.

  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of programs and services.
  • Monitor program outcomes and prepare reports to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
