Responsibilities:

- Organize property viewings and accompany clients to showings.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lawyers, notaries, and inspectors, to facilitate transactions.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and other relevant industry developments.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant, Agent, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg real estate market and local regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in office software and real estate tools.
