Enovos Luxembourg SA is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounting Agent to join our team in Luxembourg. As an Accounting Agent, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and supporting the finance team with various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, experience with accounting software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Record and process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain organized and accurate accounting records.
- Assist with monthly and yearly closing processes.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in accounting operations.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting or a related role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in French or German is required; additional languages such as Luxembourgish or English are a plus.
