  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and accountants.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and efficient operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in financial operations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management or a related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed financial decisions.
  • Fluency in French or German is required; additional languages such as English or Luxembourgish are a plus.
