As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for operating buses on designated routes, ensuring the safety of passengers, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Operate buses on designated routes, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their journey.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with disabilities or special needs.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the bus.
- Address passenger inquiries and provide information about routes, schedules, and services.
- Report any incidents, mechanical issues, or delays to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including those related to COVID-19.
- Collaborate with other drivers and dispatchers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Category D driver’s license for operating buses in Luxembourg.
- Previous experience in bus driving or operating large vehicles is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
