As a Production Operator at Adecco Luxembourg, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Working in a dynamic production environment, you will perform a variety of tasks to support production operations and contribute to the success of our clients’ businesses.

- Education: High School or Diploma Degree
- Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements
Your responsibilities may include:
- Operating production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitoring production processes and making adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency and quality
- Performing quality checks and inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
- Assisting with the setup and changeover of production equipment and tools
- Handling raw materials and components, including loading and unloading materials from machines
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and equipment
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Reporting any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly
- Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and performance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Familiarity with production machinery and equipment is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Basic math and computer skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
