We are seeking a personable and organized Receptionist to join our team in Qatar. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing Menvos Consulting with professionalism and courtesy. This role involves managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage the front desk, answering and directing phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors regarding company services.
  • Support other departments with various tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and clients.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist with various tasks.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Willingness to relocate to Qatar with visa sponsorship provided.
