As a Floor Manager at AWJ Investments, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurants, while delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant floor, including managing staff, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring the highest standards of service.
- Leading and supervising the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
- Providing guidance, support, and training to staff members to enhance their skills and elevate the level of service.
- Monitoring the dining area and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner to maintain a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including food preparation, presentation, and delivery.
- Managing reservations, seating arrangements, and wait times to maximize seating capacity and minimize guest wait times.
- Handling cash management, including cash handling procedures, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures related to service standards, cleanliness, and safety.
- Conducting regular inspections of the dining area and facilities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
