Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere in dining areas.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor and anticipate guests’ needs, providing assistance and recommendations as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including clearing tables, resetting tables, and ensuring cleanliness of surfaces and utensils.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation as needed.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions according to hotel procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
