Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Tasks may include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces to remove dirt, dust, and debris.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated receptacles, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Restocking Supplies: Ensure that cleaning supplies and amenities, such as hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, are adequately stocked in all areas.
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. May also include spot cleaning and carpet shampooing.
- Window Cleaning: Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors to ensure a streak-free and polished appearance.
- Specialized Cleaning: Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as stripping and waxing floors, cleaning carpets, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
- Equipment Maintenance: Properly maintain and store cleaning equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and ready for use.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the appropriate supervisor for resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
