Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of gardeners in performing a wide range of landscaping and gardening tasks, including planting, pruning, mowing, weeding, and general garden maintenance.
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their gardening and landscaping needs, offering expert advice and solutions.
  • Monitor the quality of work and ensure projects are completed on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Maintain gardening equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Prepare reports on project progress and team performance.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among the gardening staff.
Qualifications:
