We are seeking a motivated and hardworking General Labourer to join our dynamic team at Haya Decoration Works. The General Labourer will play a crucial role in supporting our projects by assisting skilled tradesmen and performing various tasks related to interior decoration and renovation projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradesmen, such as carpenters, painters, and electricians, in completing interior decoration projects.
- Perform general labor tasks, including but not limited to, lifting and carrying materials, cleaning work areas, and preparing construction sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and tasks.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment at project sites.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction, renovation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is an asset.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards learning and development.
- Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to different project sites within the United Arab Emirates.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.
