Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty coffees.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and customer seating area.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
