Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Room Cleaning:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities as needed.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and remove trash to ensure rooms are fresh and inviting.
Bathroom Care:
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and fixtures.
- Replenish bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
- Ensure that bathroom surfaces are clean and free of stains or mildew.
Room Inspection:
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms to identify any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to the appropriate department.
Guest Interaction:
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate tasks and prioritize assignments.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
