Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, providing detailed information about menu items and specials.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Provide recommendations to guests on food and drink pairings based on their preferences.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, tidy, and properly set up for service.
- Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other F&B team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on F&B best practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, restaurant, or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a guest-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a plus.
