Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests, providing detailed information about menu items and specials.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
  • Provide recommendations to guests on food and drink pairings based on their preferences.
  • Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, tidy, and properly set up for service.
  • Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other F&B team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe dining environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on F&B best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, restaurant, or hospitality roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and a guest-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a plus.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
