Responsibilities:
- Pack and prepare goods for shipment according to specified standards and customer requirements.
- Sort and label products to ensure proper organization and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks or containers.
- Maintain a clean and orderly packing area, following safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with other packing helpers and warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on packing best practices.
- Provide support for inventory management and stock control as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in packing, warehouse operations, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
