Key Responsibilities:

• Product Packaging: Carefully pack candies into designated packaging, ensuring that each item is handled with care to maintain its quality and appearance.
• Quality Control: Inspect candies for any defects or inconsistencies, removing any products that do not meet our standards.
• Labeling: Accurately label packages with product information, ensuring all labels are correctly placed and legible.
• Inventory Management: Monitor packaging supplies and report any shortages or issues to the supervisor to ensure continuous production.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate packaging machinery and tools, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized, performing regular cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in a packaging or production environment is preferred but not required.
