Position Summary:
DC English is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated ESL Teacher to join our vibrant team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students of all levels. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and proficiency levels of students.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to enhance the learning experience and maintain student interest.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and student engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ESL education.
- Assist with the planning and execution of extracurricular activities and events that promote language learning and cultural exchange.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience teaching ESL to diverse student populations.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and proficiency levels.
