Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing common areas and resident rooms.
- Ensure restrooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces are cleaned and restocked with supplies.
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels as needed.
- Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or events as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to meet the needs of the residents and maintain a harmonious working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high cleaning standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
